Privacy is very important to Patient Zero Pty Ltd. We are required to comply with the Federal Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and therefore our privacy policy applies to any personal information we collect, use or disclose, including the personal information of our employees and contractors.

We do not collect any personal information to provide the services of the Birrunga Gallery mobile application.

To understand the use and performance of this application we will automatically collect anonymised system data. Examples of this type data are, but not limited to, the artworks viewed, mobile device used, your mobile device’s unique device ID, any errors detected, the types and frequency of features used.

How we use this information?

This data is used for two purposes.

1)  To tell us how users are engaging with the application. How often are features used? What is the most popular feature or piece of artwork? How we can improve the application.

2)   Inform us how the system is performing. Have errors occurred? How quickly are elements loading?

For these purposes we do not require personal information.

How is this information collected?

This information is collected when actions and events occur during the use of the application. It is then stored using a third party service called ‘Unity Analytics’. Unity Analytics handle information under this policy https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy.

How long will we retain this data?

This analytics data will be retained for as long as we see it as relevant for the purposes stated above.
